These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Chronos Global Ltd. trading platform and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using the Chronos Global Ltd. platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Chronos Global Ltd. provides trader evaluation services. For a one-time fee you receive a simulated evaluation account that trades with live market prices. Traders who meet the published evaluation rules may be offered a funded account and a share of the profits under these Terms. The evaluation fee pays for the evaluation service; it is not a deposit, it is not invested, and Chronos does not provide brokerage, investment advice or asset management services.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that you are not resident in a jurisdiction where our services are restricted or prohibited, including countries subject to international sanctions.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features of our platform, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Risk Disclosure

Trading leveraged products involves a high level of risk. Evaluation accounts are simulated, so your maximum cost is the evaluation fee, but an account that breaches a rule is closed and the fee is not refunded except where stated in our evaluation rules. Results in an evaluation do not guarantee future results.

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for ensuring that your use of our services complies with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Use our services to transmit any harmful or malicious code

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and code, are the exclusive property of Chronos Global Ltd. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Fees and Payment

You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of our services as outlined in our pricing documentation. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise specified in writing by Chronos Global Ltd.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Chronos Global Ltd. disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Chronos Global Ltd. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Saint Lucia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
