4. Complaint Handling Process
Our complaint handling process consists of three stages:

Stage 2: Investigation
If your complaint cannot be resolved at Stage 1, it will be escalated to our Compliance Department for a thorough investigation. You will receive a detailed response within 15 business days.
Stage 3: Final Review
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of Stage 2, you may request a final review by our Senior Management Team. This decision will be final and binding.
5. Escalation to External Bodies
If you remain dissatisfied with our handling of your complaint, you may escalate it to the relevant financial regulatory authority in your jurisdiction.
6. Record Keeping
We maintain records of all complaints and their resolutions for a minimum of 5 years for regulatory and quality assurance purposes.
